How will you ship my order?

Items are shipped via UPS or USPS.  We also offer expedited options. Please contact us if you need an item expedited at sales@metallogics.com or call 812-271-1155.

Do you ship LTL loads?

Yes, we can arrange your LTL load or we will communicate with you to make your own arrangements if you prefer.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Items are usually shipped within 24 hours of your order being placed.  Depending on the shipping service selected at checkout, your order should arrive in 1-4 days. You will be provided with a tracking number upon checkout.

Do you offer expedited shipping options?

Yes, for an additional fee. If you do not see the expedited shipping option during checkout, please call us and we can assist you.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary from item to item and also fluctuate according to the promotions we are running.  

Do you offer international shipping?

We sell both new and used products.  Each product on our website specifies its condition.
